We tried the mozzerella on a pizza with basil and tomato...and we liked it!
oh, you know, i don't think i've ever had this flavor unmelted. it's really good as a grilled cheez sammich with copious amounts of earth balance.
I've had some really bad soy cheese scares in my early vegan stages. I will give this a try soon. Is this good on crackers or should it be hidden in a veggie pizza?
